We’re not even a month into introducing Spin & it’s taken off like wildfire, Soo.....why not take that fire and add a little gas!

Introducing SPIN & SHRED!

​

This class will be 45 minutes taught by Stephanie. It’ll consist of a 20 minute Tabata (HIIT training) on the Spin bike followed by a 20 minute strength training session off the bike.

​

First class kicks off February 3rd @515pm.
