Target multiple muscle groups with this compound workout that combines strength & endurance training. Build muscle, burn fat & enhance overall fitness.

Step Aerobics
We will target the legs, core and upper body, all while building strength & flexibility. Add light weights to “spice” it up even more! An excellent cardio workout!

Circuits
Your HIIT style workout, we utilize the barre, rebounders, bodyweight, dumbbells & step platform in this circuit style workout!

Sit n' Fit
A class for anyone, an enjoyable full-body, low-impact workout from the comfort of your chair. Weights, exercise bands and balls are used & all ages are welcome!

Bounce n' Burn
Intervals of cardio & strength. We will build off the basic movements taught in Basic Bounce at a faster pace!

Cardio Bounce
A pure cardio workout! Wrist weights optional, staying on the rebounder the entire class time!

Tone & Transform
This class is designed to tone up & strengthen the entire body using a combination of weights, resistance bands and bodyweight exercises.

HIIT IT UP
Increase your heart rate while improving your strength, boost your and endurance, and work your entire body with challenging moves. 45 secs. work/15 secs. rest.

Kickboxing
This class is designed to keep you in a steady state of cardio for torching calories. Added bonus, all standing moved work your abs the entire time. Wrist weights are optional to turn up the burn & sculpt. If you're looking for low impact, no need to jump!
