Chair Power

Chair Power is a dynamic, full-body strength training class designed to maximize stability, accessibility, and intensity by using the chair as your foundation. This class blends traditional strength training with functional movement, making it suitable for all fitness levels.

Bounce n' Burn

Intervals of cardio & strength. We will build off the basic movements taught in Basic Bounce at a faster pace!

Kickboxing

This class is designed to keep you in a steady state of cardio for torching calories. Added bonus, all standing moved work your abs the entire time. Wrist weights are optional to turn up the burn & sculpt. If you're looking for low impact, no need to jump!

SPIN

Spin is a low-impact, full body workout synchronized to music with a 14’x7’ projector for a scenic ride, our team members are a certified Spinning Instructors and can’t wait to take you on this ride! We offer non-instructor led open SPIN as well, same great workout on own.
